我们是谁

汉越桥网页版（hanviet.link）由新西兰公司 Bravo Consulting Limited（NZBN 9429047379688）提供和销售。本条款适用于网页版以及在网页上购买的完整版。iPhone App 的下载与内购同时受 Apple 的条款约束。

这是什么产品

一个给中文使用者学越南语的自学工具：课程、发音点读、汉越词对照和间隔重复复习。发音按河内（北方）口音讲解。它是自学材料，不提供真人授课，也不保证考试成绩或某个具体的学习效果，效果取决于你怎么用。

免费部分

发音、汉越词桥、文化模块、速查、复习和 10 门课对所有人免费，不用登录。我们不会把免费部分挪到收费那边。

完整版

• 价格见定价页，目前为 ¥68，一次买断，不续费、不自动扣款。
• 解锁全部 50 门课，以及以后新增的课程。只要汉越桥网页版还在运营，就一直有效。
• 标价已含适用税费，结账时不另加。

试用

用邮箱免费注册后 7 天全部课程开放，不用绑卡；试用从注册那一刻起算。到期回到免费部分，不扣款，进度保留。不注册也能一直用免费部分。

付款

付款在 Stripe 的安全结账页完成，可以用银行卡（支付宝开通中）。我们看不到也不保存卡号或支付宝账户信息。账单上显示的商户名是 HANVIET.LINK。订单、收据和退款的问题都请找我们：support@hanviet.link，由真人回复。

退款

30 天内无理由全额退款，写信即可。退款后解锁的课程重新锁上，学习进度保留。详见退款政策。

邮箱账号

你可以免费用邮箱注册（六位验证码，没有密码）；购买前必须登录。账号用来在你的设备之间同步学习进度、恢复已购买的状态、发收据和回复你的来信，不用于营销。同步数据存在我们的服务器上，我们读得到，详见隐私政策。你可以在网页版「我的 → 我的账号」里随时删除账号，也可以写信要求删除；删除后同步数据随之删除，在网页上购买的完整版也会随之失效，除非你先写信换绑到另一个邮箱。

合理使用

完整版供一个人使用。不要把账号分享给别人，也不要批量复制、转售课程内容。滥用的账号我们可能终止，并退还按比例未使用的部分。

条款变更

如果修改条款，我们会在本页更新日期并写明改动。涉及已购买内容的变化，会先发邮件通知你。免费部分不会变少。

适用法律

本条款适用新西兰法律。这里的任何内容都不影响你按所在国家或地区的消费者保护法律享有的权利。

Who we are

The Cầu Hán Việt (汉越桥) web app at hanviet.link is provided and sold by Bravo Consulting Limited, a New Zealand company (NZBN 9429047379688). These terms cover the web app and the full version bought on the web. Downloads and in-app purchases of the iPhone app are also subject to Apple's terms.

What the product is

A self-study tool for Chinese speakers learning Vietnamese: lessons, tap-to-hear pronunciation, Sino-Vietnamese word links and spaced-repetition review. Pronunciation is taught in the Hanoi (northern) accent. It is self-study material: there is no live tutoring, and we do not guarantee exam results or any particular learning outcome.

What is free

Pronunciation, the word bridge, the culture modules, the phrasebooks, review and 10 lessons are free for everyone, without signing in. We do not move things from the free side to the paid side.

The full version

• The price is on the pricing page; currently CNY 68 (¥68), paid once, never renews, no automatic charges.
• It unlocks all 50 lessons and any lessons we add later, for as long as the Cầu Hán Việt web app exists.
• The price includes any tax that applies. Nothing is added at checkout.

Trial

For 7 days after you sign up free with your email every lesson is open, with no card; the trial starts when you sign up. You can keep using the free side without signing up. When it ends you return to the free side; nothing is charged and your progress is kept.

Payment

You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, with a card (Alipay is being enabled). We never see or store card numbers or Alipay account details. Your statement shows HANVIET.LINK. Questions about an order, a receipt or a refund come to us at support@hanviet.link, and a person answers.

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions asked, full refund by email. A refund locks the lessons again; your progress is kept. See the refund policy.

Email account

You can sign up free with your email (a six-digit code, no password); buying requires signing in. The account syncs your learning progress between your devices, restores your purchase, and lets us send receipts and answer your messages; it is never used for marketing. Synced data is stored on our server and we can read it; see the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time in the web version (Me → My account) or by writing to us; your synced data is deleted with it, and a web purchase tied to it ends too, unless you first write to us to move it to another address.

Fair use

The full version is for one person. Do not share your account with others or copy or resell the lesson content in bulk. We may end accounts that do, with a pro-rata refund of the unused part.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date on this page and say what changed. For anything that affects something you have bought, we will email you first. The free side does not get smaller.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
